Hello folks!Is it only me and my Maxidas DS708? I do an update about 5 P.M. today 31. december with my PC directly to the SD card. Then the update procedure was finish, I start my DS708 and and I was quite surprised when I saw that all the logos of the respective car brands was changed to a button with marque names. All buttons were equally apart from various different bottom colors and more. This did not look good. My son of 5 years could just as easily have made these buttons.I am aware that there are electronics that do the job, but this was some of the worst I've seen, and it all looks totally unserious out. Can anyone explain what happened? Have I made a mistake, or is it the rights to brand the respective car manufacturers refuse Autel to use?Great if someone can give me answers.Thank you in advance!Expy -

i think ill buy a few sd cards to put downloads on then if they remove stuff ill still have them.. i am having second thoughts about paying lots of money for updates that go on and off without being told about what the updates are and what they are removing -

Hello Autel!It might be appropriate to inform their customers that the layout of the main would be altered. This had not worked with Apple or Windows. Give us who have spent money on this product an explanation of why you are doing this. To put it bluntly, I'm disappointed. I'm selling this product on, and now it looks designmesig like an old Nitendo games.Thank you for your openness. :(Regards Expy -

Yes making backups is a very good idea, if autel can be forced to change logos they
can also be forced to remove functions from our tool just like they did with ford and
who know who else. This is not looking good but then again my subscription expires
in less than a month and won't be updating anyway. But for those updating still, back
up your tool as much as possible and date your back up folders or sd cards. Good

I have uninstalled these updates and gone back to original logos,these machines are ok to buy and keep 2 years thats about it though
